Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Lavender specializes in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, which focuses on decreasing pain while improving bowel, bladder, and sexual function. The pelvic floor muscles support the pelvic organs (such as the bladder, uterus, prostate, and rectum) as well as the lumbopelvic joints, and play a key role in overall movement and stability. Pelvic health physical therapy uses a combination of strengthening, lengthening, and coordination exercises to restore optimal function for all genders.
